Ensure that regular checks are made on your Bumpsters, that they are attached securely and tightly and being used correctly.

 

Please be aware that all babies are different and if at any stage you feel your baby is unsafe whilst using Bumpsters in their cot, remove them immediately.

 

Keep Bumpsters away from Fire and ensure they are fastened securely outside the cot away from baby's reach.

Returns Policy

By purchasing from this website you are automatically agreeing to our returns/delivery policy.

 

If you receive your order and it is not what you are expecting or you change your mind, it isn’t a problem - you can return it back to us within 7 days of receiving the goods for a full refund (of the product price) within 30 days. We cannot refund delivery charges.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns therefore; any item(s) returned are therefore at your own cost. We will not be held responsible for any returns lost in the post so please ensure that you return via a tracked service.

 

Please take care to package the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund.

 

 

 

Delivery

All goods that we show as in stock on the site will be delivered within 7 working days and will frequently be quicker. If we have any problems with your order that may mean we cannot get it to you within this time, we will let you know as soon as possible and of course enable you to have a full refund if you are not happy with this delivery time.

 

All orders to the UK will be sent via tracked delivery however, in the unlikely event that that your order is lost in transit, we will resend your order or offer a full refund after 15 days from when the order was sent.

 

All our orders will be handpicked and packaged at the time of order to ensure they are in perfect condition however, in the unlikely event that you receive your goods and they are damaged or faulty please email info@bumpsters.co.uk to let us know the details. If necessary, we will arrange for the return of the product to us and an exchange/refund.

 

Bumpsters.co.uk post to the UK and Europe only.

 

All parcels to the UK will be charged at £3.99 for up to 2 items and £5.50 for 3 items or more. Parcels to the UK will be sent via UK tracked Courier. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS A SMALL COMPANY WE DO NOT MAKE ANY PROFIT ON DELIVERY- ALL DELIVERY COSTS REFLECT THE EXACT COURIER PRICE WE ARE CHARGED.

 

All orders to Europe will be charged at £5.99 per item and sent via standard Airmail.
